Deborah London Baker is President of London Baker Group a 20+ year-old coaching and consulting business in Tampa, Florida. She has a life-long commitment to be of service and the same commitment that people, as Oliver Wendell Holmes said, “…not go to their graves with their music still in them.” Debbie believes we can have our dreams if we get out of our own way, look around to find those people who are just waiting to be asked for help and ask them, and then continue to walk on the road of what’s possible.
Her individual clients achieve their results by recognizing their capacities, being courageous and collaborating with outside resources to create their future.
Her corporate clients include for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that are interested in creating results using the collective capacities of their people – intelligence, imagination and spirit.
Debbie serves on the boards of two local not-for profits – PowerStories Theater – women and girls telling true stores to touch hearts and minds (www.powerstories.com) and Tampa Breakfast Sertoma devoted to Service to Mankind and concentrating on work and support of services for the hearing-impaired. She’s also the founder and spur behind her book club.
She is an avid people-person and often devotes her spare time to coaching friends who are facing difficult choices and looking for what’s next.
Debbie is #1 of 76 million in the Elderboomer Project, devoted to creating communities that honor and empower all generations. She was co-founder of The Honoring Institute and Institute for World Courage.
