Jen has been working with both high school and college students for over nine years, mainly working as a university  administrator in student life. However, Jen decided to take a major leap and moved from Northern California to serve as a Jesuit Volunteer for a year in inner city Boston. She had an incredibly spiritual, social-justice based, and community focused year. Jen is still in Boston working now at a small non-profit called The Esplanade Association where she is the Volunteer and Community Enrichment Coordinator for a major urban park.

His experience spans the gamut of responsibilities: designing programs, leading programs, recruiting speakers and volunteers, raising funds, securing materials and facilities, recruiting participants, handling production, logistics and operations, and evaluating program quality and impact.

Kevin is a long-time volunteer for Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY), past-chair of the North Texas HOBY youth leadership development seminar, and a former member of its Board of Directors. He was Facilitator for a team of domestic and international students in HOBY's 11-day World Leadership Congress in Washington D.C.

Kevin has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, where he founded a committee that supported families in transition to Habitat homes, in addition to his being part of several construction crews.

Kevin has volunteered extensively at Landmark Education, as coach in senior level programs, introductory seminar leader to young people and adults, team leader in seminars, and production/course leader support roles.

Kevin says, "My passion is working with others on a challenge that demands each of us to be creative and to stretch, and benefits from our diverse backgrounds and interests"

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys traveling, biking, outdoor activities with friends, music, art and reading.
