STEP 3: Complete your registration packet.
Shortly after we receive your payment, you will receive a registration packet by email.
Please fill it out and return it to us immediately, following the directions in the packet.
(If you have not received the packet within 24 hours,
please email register@imaginenationconference.org.)
For the safety of our youth, all registrants must undergo a criminal background check.
Your registration is contingent upon our receiving the registration information
in time to complete the background check.
Notes: If you wish your team to be housed together, or have other special requests,
please provide us with appropriate details, including roommate preferences, with your registration packet.
Please note our Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a full refund less $50 administrative fee if cancellation is received by September 7, 2007.
If you cancel after September 7, you will receive a full refund less $50 only if we can fill your spot.
